The Taoiseach says he'd have reservations about any proposed changes to abortion laws in Ireland.
Leo Varadkar says many people voted yes in the abortion referendum, on the condition that 'safeguards' would be in place.
It comes as a review of services in Ireland is set to be published, which includes several recommendations such as an end to the three-day-waiting period.
Taoiseach Leo Varadkar says the first step will be the publication of the report next week:
"All Cabinet will decide on Tuesday is to publish the report, so people can can see it. When it comes to the proposals for legislative change, they'll be referred to the Health Committee for further consideration and to hear hearings and to hear views from all sides. So it won't be the case that the government is going to sign off on any legislative change - that's not going to happen".
