The Taoiseach has called on the DUP to enter the Northern Ireland executive and avoid further elections.
Micheál Martin told the British Irish Parliamentary Assembly it's important the executive gets back up and running.
The UK's Northern Ireland Minister Steve Baker doesn't know if he'll be in the job by the end of the week.
However, he said the policy of the British Government isn't going to radically change under a new Prime Minister.
