Things are continuing to run smoothly at Dublin Airport after contingency plans were rolled out to fight long wait times.
Marquees which were built outside Terminal 1 to contain overflow haven't seen queues since early this morning.
14 hundred flights were missed last weekend as the airport was overwhelmed by an influx of passengers and a shortage of staff - now, the DAA says queues at security in both terminals are around ten minutes long.
Despite today's good news, some of those arriving are still nervous about making their flight:
"We are at an international airport. You would think that Dublin would get itself organised. I'm just worried that every time I fly there's an extra stress on it; we had the COVID stress with the forms and entry requirements. And now we're having a stress of how early do I show up. And it's also causing panic - showing up and people showing up as early as seven hours prior".
