Solicitor John Boylan talks to Mick after a listener contacted the show for employment law advice.
The listener said: "Hi Mick, I am just wondering do ye know of any solicitors open. I am in a situation where my employer wants us to return tomorrow to our job in Cork to pack our store up as we being made redundant. I was telling them about the restrictions in Ireland till the 5th of May and they say even we don't turn up we will not receive our redundancy. Also my partner works on the frontline my elderly parents are our child minders stressed at the moment. Hope someone would have a bit of advice."
