Irish shoppers are facing a €450 increase to their annual grocery bill.

That's according to Kantar, which reveal grocery inflation has reached a 10 year high of 6.5%.

Take home groceries fell by almost 5% over the twelve weeks leading up to June 12th.

However, online grocery shopping continues to prove popular post lockdown-with sales up 9.3%.
