The dating show is looking for people between 20 to 70 and they are also looking for background diners to apply.
Maître D' Mateo Saina will be joined by Ethan Miles, and waiters Alice Pete who set the scene for romance to blossom and flourish.
The series will be filmed at The Gibson Hotel, Dublin.
