A documentary on Janet Jackson's life and career is being created.

The singer shared a teaser for the documentary on her Instagram profile. In the preview we hear Janet saying, "This is my story told by me, not through someone else's eyes."

In the trailer we see glimpses of her brother, the late Michael Jackson while Tito Jackson says, "She will always be my baby sister."

We also see clips of Paula Abdul and Mariah Carey speaking about the star.

In the documentary we also get to see how the Jackson family coped following the death of their father Joseph in 2018.

Many more defining moments of Janet's career will be highlighted in the documentary, including her infamous Super Bowl appearance with Justin Timberlake in 2004.
