The EU's Chief Negotiator Has Accused The UK Of 'Backsliding' On Its Brexit Commitments

It comes as the fourth round of talks begin this week

Fisheries and competition among businesses are seen as the main stumbling blocks to any trade deal ahead of Decembers deadline.

Speaking to the Sunday Times, Michel Barnier's warning there won't be an "agreement at any cost".

He says both sides have a joint responsibility to iron out an agreement to avoid the double economic hit of a no-deal Brexit and the Covid-19 crisis.
