Wholesaler BWG Foods has signed a contract with the Irish Prison Service for 12 locations across the country.
According to a report in the Irish Daily Star, the most popular treats include Jelly Tots, Skittles and Jammie Dodgers.
However, the prison service is planning to reduce the availability of sugary snacks and drinks, in favour of healthier options.
