Nurses are calling for extra Covid protections to help deal with pressures currently experienced in the country's hospitals.
The INMO wants to see the reintroduction of Covid Screening at Emergency Departments, strengthened advice on mask wearing and a second booster for healthcare workers.
President, Karen Mc Gowan, says the pressure all nurses , midwives and other healthcare workers are under at the moment is unsustainable.
