The Government has reversed a decision to move around 135 Ukrainian refugees from Kerry to Mayo.
The women and children had been given just 48 hours notice of the move, which was widely criticised,
Today, the Department of Integration says it worked tirelessly overnight to source alternative accommodation in Killarney.
It says the move to Westport will now not proceed, which Kerry TD Michael Healy-Rae welcomes.
