College graduates and people working full-time, represent a third of those on the poverty line.
That's according to a new ESRI study, which estimates the risk of poverty has gone up from 12.4 to 15.6% between 2012 and last year.
The report also found rents have gone up by a whopping 84 per cent in just under a decade.
