A candlelight vigil will be held today to commemorate the 42nd anniversary of the Stardust fire in Dublin.
The fire, which broke out at a Valentine's dance in the north Dublin nightclub in 1981, claimed the lives of 48 people, with more than 200 others being injured.
Families of victims will gather at the site of the nightclub fire today, to remember those who lost their lives.
Campaigner Antoinette Keegan, who lost her two sisters in the fire, says it will be a very emotional day:
"Today the 42nd anniversary of the Stardust disaster, we'll be holding a candlelight vigil on the site of the service where 48 young people lost their lives so horrendously. It's actually a very, very important day for us as we are having Charlie Bird unveil a brand new memorial wall".
