369 legal claims have now been made against CervicalCheck.
They include 76 cases linked to the psychological impact on families of women who got an alleged incorrect smear result.
A total of 103 legal actions were lodged last year, the highest number to date.
The Irish Independent says the figures come from the State Claims Agency.
