A court case starts later today in Los Angeles to discuss graphic photos taken by emergency services of a helicopter crash where basketball star Kobe Bryant died in 2020.
His widow wants compensation for images of her late husband, their teenage daughter and the seven others killed.
The authorities in Los Angeles argue the photos have never been in the public domain.
