The city had been seen as a safe haven for weeks, but Ukrainian MP Maria Mezentseva, says there are no safe places now:
"The safety can be temporary for the moment we still face very harsh difficulties with securing the humanitarian corridors and that's how we are trying to raise this issue across the globe."
