For the first time in two years, the red carpet's in place for the Oscars later.
Organisers are hoping to win back viewers by promising a show which doesn't run over three hours.
Actress Regina Hall's hosting - along with Amy Schumer and Wanda Sykes.
She won't reveal what they've got planned - but says they've enjoyed working together.
"Sometimes it's like, oh, Amy, you'd be great for this and Amy will email me and will text me or leave a voice note, you know, the same with Wanda, like you know I think it's just been very collaborative and that process has been really fun, to get to know them, but also we're all rooting for each other."
