Prince Andrew's legal team have failed to have a civil lawsuit in the US, involving allegations of sexual abuse, thrown out.
Virginia Giuffre is suing Andrew, who has always denied the claims.A judge in America has now decided he will face a civil trial, after hearing arguments from both sides.Author Nigel Crawthorne says the proceedings will make headlines across the world:
"He's still Cornell Co. and Chiefer of a number of regiments in the British Forces, which are in the personal gift of his mother, but it's very difficult to see him coming out in public I mean, who would speak to him?"
