Britain's Prince Andrew has been accused of sexually abusing a woman over 20 years ago, in a lawsuit filed in the US.
Virginia Guiffre, a victim of convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein, claims she was abused by the royal on three occasions when she was 17.
Prince Andrew has always denied the allegations.
Sky's Royal Correspondent Rhiannon Mills says the allegations against the Duke of York just won't go away.
"What is particularly interesting and different in a way about this time is that this is the first time this is a lawsuit specifically against the Duke of York.
"In the past when we've talked about these claims from Virginia Roberts, it's actually been int he context of legal action against Jeffrey Epstein or Ghislaine Maxwell."
