One of the founders of the Taliban is claiming the group will resume executions and amputations as punishment.
Mullah Nooruddin Turabi has told the Associated Press 'no one will tell us what our laws should be' - and is warning the world against interfering in the plans.
The comments come weeks after the militant group took control of Afghanistan, following the withdrawal of Western troops.
