Nearly 200 people have filed 93 lawsuits in the wake of last week's Astroworld festival in Texas.

Nine people have died after a crowd surge during a performance by rapper Travis Scott.

Many attendees coming forward say they were trampled and are suffering mental and emotional trauma as a result.

Uniqua Smith is one of those people:

"When I woke up Saturday morning, I found that so many people that I had spoken with, in the crowd, were exposed to so much trauma. I had no idea that people in the crowd had passed away that night."
