A man has been arrested in Britain after a house fire in Preston which left two children in a critical condition in hospital.
Emergency services were called to Coronation Crescent yesterday evening where a woman in her 20s, a boy aged five and a three-year-old girl were rescued.
Lancashire police say an investigation is underway.
