Lebanon's government expected to resign following the explosion as Prime Minister prepares to address nation

It's understood Lebanon's government has resigned following the explosion which killed at least 160 people in Beirut last week.

The country's prime minister will address the nation later.

Corruption and neglect have widely been blamed for the blast - which was caused by chemicals stored unsafely.
