Preparations are getting underway at thousands of businesses around the country to reopen earlier than expected.
It's anticipated that a major acceleration of the lifting of Covid - 19 restrictions will be announced this evening, meaning the likes of hairdressers, barbers and beauticians can reopen at the end of the month.
