The tests must be taken within one day of departing and the rules will apply to citizens and foreign nationals.
However it's not yet clear yet if this will mean PCR or Antigen tests - or even both - will be accepted.
Reuters reports the new rules may be announced tomorrow but it's unclear when they’ll come into force.
