Teaching Unions Slam Government Failure to protect pregnant teachers

The three main teaching unions have slammed what they call the government's 'failure' to protect pregnant teachers.

They're being sent into schools for the coming term, despite not being eligible for vaccines before 14 weeks.

The Education Minister Norma Foley has insisted that the measures are based on an expert review from public health and obstetricians.

However the ASTI President Eamon Dennehy says this needs to be changed quickly, because it's terrifying some teachers
