The re-opening of all pubs may be delayed until August 10th.

Cabinet Ministers are meeting at the moment to discuss whether or not to move to phase four of the easing of restrictions.

Ministers are also expected to make it mandatory to wear facemasks indoors in shops and other enclosed settings.

Tánaiste Leo Varadkar was non-commital about whether the re-opening of pubs would be delayed when arriving to this evening's cabinet meeting:
