That's according to the Irish Secondary Students Union
It follows the announcement that calculated grades have been delayed until September 7th.
The Department of Education has assured those applying to study in the UK will be able to do so as normal.
However, Deputy President of the ISSU Luke Casserly says some students who want to go further afield needed results by the end of August.
