Fresh Ways To Ease The Pressure On The Country's Public Transport System Are Being Examined

That's according to Dermot O'Leary of the National Bus and Railworkers Union who says they're working with the Covid-19 Dail committee on new initiatives to try and accommodate passengers at the peak travel times of 7-9am and 2pm -6pm every day

On Friday Bus Eireann called on the public to only undertake necessary journeys and avoid peak time travel as capacity remains restricted on bus services

Since the end of June mores than 10% of Bus Eireann expressway services operating out of Cork have been reported as full
