The homeless charity says their service was stretched and while they've reopened they won't see many of their regular service users again as they died in tragic circumstances during lockdown.
The charity has been operating a takeaway service in the midst of lockdown but has raised concerns about the lack of supports for rough sleepers who they say were battling the cold, fear and loneliness.
