It's reported some creches are already increasing the cost for parents by 10%
Children's Minister Roderic O'Gorman had said that fees for creches would be below the level of average monthly mortgage payments.
However, Alice Walsh from the Harcourt Creche in Dublin says there are too many costs associated with childcare:
