118 people missed their flights from Dublin Airport yesterday due to delays at security.
DAA has apologised to affected passengers and says queue times were reduced to less than 9 minutes by 11am.
It says extra security staff were deployed today - but is advising people to arrive at least 2 hours before European flights and 3 hours for long-haul trips.
