Uisce Eireann says it's committed to eradicating the discolouration across the city and are continuing to proactively flush the network in targeted areas across the city

Speaking to RedFM News Brian O'Leary of Uisce Eireann says if customers are experiencing brown water they should log a call with customer care

"If you have discoloured water the advice is to try running the tap for a few minutes and if it doesn't clear to log a call with our Customer Care Helpline 1800 278 278.   Each discolouration report is actioned and they all give us a better understanding of the ongoing issues that are out there and allows us to prioritise the worst impacted areas"
