The 16 year old has been named locally as the teenager who died in a car crash last night
The message, which was written by Kimberly's mother Jennifer described the teenager as popular, generous, and loved by her family, peers, and teachers.
It also highlighted Kimberly's work with the Hope Foundation in India, as well as her love of drama and singing.
The transition year student died close to her home in Knocknaheeny when the car she was a passenger in struck a wall.
The 16 year old driver fled the scene of the crash, however he later sought medical treatment, while two other boys in the back seat were taken to CUH where it's believed one of them is in critical condition.
