The bodies of 59 year old Tadhg O'Sullivan and his sons Mark and Diarmuid were found with gunshot wounds on Monday.
Two of the post mortems have already taken place while the third will get underway at Cork University Hospital this morning.
One line of inquiry is that a row broke out over inheritance.
