A fundraiser set up to raise funds for a West Cork teenager has reached over €130,000 in two days.
Fourteen year old Oisín O’Connor from Kealkill injured his spine while taking part in a mountain bike event last September and now uses a wheelchair.
Oisín spent five months in hospital and is now at the National Rehabilitation Hospital in Dun Laoghaire.
The money collected will be used to convert Oisín’s family home as well as being put towards his ongoing rehabilitation
