Fermoy Temporarily Cuts Ties With Its Twin Town In Poland Over Anti LGBT Stance

Nowa Deba has a population of around 11,000 people and is one of around 100 municipalities in Poland that have declared themselves to be LGBT+ free zones.

Fermoy town council have told their Polish counterparts that the relationship will be severed entirely if Nowa Deba doesn't change it's position by September.

Speaking to RedFM News, Fermoy Councillor Noel McCarthy says the town can't and won't support the move:
