€543,500 has been allocated to support educationally disadvantaged learners in Cork.
It comes as the minister for Higher Education, Simon Harris announced the funding for digital technologies to help with online learning.
Minister harris said The 6.85m million euro awarded across the country will provide social support to the disadvantaged and connect communities.
