Minister Simon Coveney will appear before an Oireachtas committee next week to discuss the champagne party at the Department of Foreign Affairs.
The top civil servant in the Department, Joe Hackett, will also appear before the Foreign Affairs Committee.
A review from Joe Hackett found Covid guidelines were breached by the champagne party on the night of Ireland's election to the UN Security Council.
He asked a number of civil servants to pay a total of 5,000 euro in charitable donations.
