A Cork couple say they plan to fight their eviction notice all the way to the High Court.
Colm O'Nuanain says they have been served a notice of termination, and have until April 15th to vacate the property.
The couple, who have two young children, says the government's decision to lift the ban has left them feeling 'hopeless'.
Colm says the situation is overwhelming:
"We feel stick in our stomachs, we can't sleep properly, I can't give my children my full attention.
"We don't know what to start, we don't know what to stop, it's just this constant feeling of insecurity, this constant feeling of what the hell are we going to do next? There are no houses around here."
