Councillors in Cork City have voted to sell derelict properties on Barrack Street.
At yesterday's council meeting, a proposed property disposal of 118 and 119 Barrack Street was approved by Councillors.
The Echo report that they will go on the market for €275,000, plus VAT if applicable.
The properties have been on the derelict sites register since 2015 and were bought using a Cumpulsory Purchase Order last year.
