Construction of the €20 million Prism in the city is set to get underway on November 23rd.
Works are to begin almost two years after planning permission was sought for the 15 storey office block.
The Examiner reports the project was delayed by the pandemeic lockdowns.
The development is earmarked for the site next to the city's bus station at the junction of Clontarf Street, Deane Street and Oliver Plunkett st lower.
