Cork City Council say they're confident that matters raised by traders on Cook street can be resolved.
Business owners wrote to City Council expressing their concerns about how the ongoing construction works linked to the Victoria Hotel have made the street the "newest public toilet"
In a statement to RedFM news, the council stated they are continuing to work with the traders regarding the concerns they have expressed about the hoarding on Cook Street and have brought them to the attention of the construction company.
