The drugs were seized by Gardai yesterday
Gardaí found cocaine when they searched the property yesterday and arrested the man in his 30s.
He was was arrested at the scene and taken to Gurranabraher Garda Station
He's since been charged in relation to the investigation and is appearing before Cork District Court this evening.
