Over the last couple of months, MTU Marketing Society has partnered up with BUMBLEance and aided them in their marketing efforts, with collaborations including taking over their social medias for the The Late Toy Show as well as a colouring competition.

BUMBLEance is Ireland’s National Children’s Ambulance Service, aiding children in getting to their essential hospital visits and providing safe and comfortable transportation for Ireland’s youngest patients as they travel between their homes and hospitals, hospices, treatment centres, and respite centres nationwide.

MTU Marketing Society has come up with an initiative to help raise much needed funds for the charity. The campaign is called #Run4Bumbleance, a social media campaign that involves running or walking 4 KM, donating €4 to BUMBLEance & Tagging 4 Friends to join in and continue the chain. You can donate through the dedicated iDonate page – www.idonate.ie/Run4BUMBLEance as well as through the link on the MTU Cork Marketing Society’s Instagram bio.

The initiative began on the 26th of April and there is no set end date, and the students are hoping that the campaign will reach as many people as possible. The main aim of the campaign is to generate more awareness for the charity and also raise vital funds for the charity to help with fuel costs, or to use towards buying a new BUMBLEance!
