71 people are without a bed at two Cork hospitals today.
According to the latest Trolley Watch figures from the INMO, 44 people are waiting on trolleys in the Emergency Department at Cork University Hospital.
While there are 27 admitted patients on trolleys at the Mercy University Hospital.
Management at CUH have asked people to consider all available options before presenting at the Emergency Department and say people with non-urgent needs will face long delays.
