Motorists are being advised of the upcoming closure of the northbound hard shoulder between Carr's Hill and Maryborough Bridge.
The closure which is part of the works on the M28 Cork to Ringaskiddy motorway will begin in a fortnight and will be in place for six months.
Traffic monitoring cameras will be installed in the coming weeks along the existing N28 from Rochestown to Ringaskiddy and these works will require localised traffic management.
