We reserve the right to broadcast the Competition at any time throughout each day during the broadcast schedule.
Please note that the Competition Entry Period as specified in these Competition terms and conditions are final and are not impacted by the time of broadcast of announcements advertising how to enter the Competition, which may in some circumstances be delayed.
ITEM 4: COMPETITION DETAILS
Mechanic will be agreed by Red FM and winner will be chosen by random from an agreed mechanic and entry route.
ITEM 5: ROUTES OF ENTRY
Entrants can enter the Competition by entering through the whatsapp or telephone number 0868104106 during specific dates.
Bauer Media Audio Ireland is not responsible for any network or technical issues an entrant may experience, such as latency of internet, which may delay or prevent their participation or cause them to lose the Competition if on-air.
ITEM 6: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS
The Competition is only open to people aged 18 and over who: (i) live in the Republic of Ireland, (ii) are not a Bauer employee or their immediate family (including live-in partner) and (iii) are not an employee of any third-party sponsors or prize providers, or their immediate family (including live-in partner).
ITEM 7: WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
All winners are randomly selected. Some entries may be read out on air but only one winner per show and that person will be contacted directly by the producer if they have won.
Entrants are only able to win a single prize throughout the duration of this Competition. Also, if an entrant has won €500 or more in any Bauer Media Competition over the past 6 months they are not eligible to win.
ITEM 8: PRIZE DETAILS:
Prize is agreed between Red FM and client - details of of prize will be read out on air and confirmation email will be sent to winner to request certain information required by client to arrange prize.
ITEM 9: OTHER CONDITIONS
We will only accept entries that comply with our terms and conditions and we may disqualify the entrant if we know or suspect that they have breached them. All our decisions relating to the Competition and/or awarding of prizes are final. No discussions or correspondence with entrants or any other person will be entered into about the operation of this Competition. We have the right to cancel, amend, terminate or suspend this Competition if forced to do so due to circumstances outside our control.

ITEM 11: Three EP Golden Ticket Giveaway
- Entrants age on the day of application must be minimum 18 years old.
- Entrants’ data will be collected, stored and processed for the purpose of carrying out the competition.
- Entrants confirm that by entering their submission for this event, they consent for their data to be processed, with all information provided is done so consensually and with the knowledge of the entrants and their partners.
- Data will be stored and processed for the duration of the event, and will be deleted thereafter.
- Bauer Media is responsible for prize fulfilment. In the event that a third party is required to facilitate fulfilment, the winner's prior consent will be obtained in full compliance with applicable GDPR requirements.
- Successful entrants will be determined at the discretion by the [brand] show team, and will be contacted directly by phone call, text, or email.
- Successful winners may need to provide photo ID if there is any doubt of age
- Entry to this competition will be deemed as acceptance to these terms and conditions.
- Red FM shall not be liable for any loss, damage or consequential damage of any nature including negligence or otherwise caused by acceptance of these terms or in connection with the Prize or the Competition.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by Irish law and the courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
- By entering, the user consents to the winning call being recorded and used for on-air and social purposes
- This is a Network Competition running across SPIN 1038, SPIN South West, 98FM, BEAT 102-103, Red FM and iRadio, every station has an equal amount of times to qualify and all qualifiers are pooled together. The overall winner will be selected via random number generator
- The entrant has to answer their phone with the phrase “Skip to the best bit” to win the grand prize on Friday 17th July
- If the entrant answers with phone with anything apart from the phrase “Skip to the best bit” or fails to answer their phone within 5 rings or 16 seconds if no rings can be heard, another number will be drawn at random.

- Side of stage access once over the weekend - Artist dependent, side of access for 1 performance. Top artists to be shared and access for 1 show in order of preference and availability will be arranged
- In addition to Three’s Golden Ticket, the winner of the Overall Prize will also win
12 Gigs at 3Arena. The prize constitutes a total of twelve (12) pairs of tickets (24 tickets in total) to be used for separate events at the 3Arena. All tickets are subject to venue capacity and allocation availability. Ticket availability and distribution timelines are subject to venue allocation schedules; tickets may be issued in stages throughout the current and/or upcoming calendar year. Already sold-out events are strictly excluded from this promotion. Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative prizes The prize covers event entry tickets only. ELIGIBILITY
All entrants must meet the following criteria:
