Ukraine's president has described a Russian attack on a train station that's been helping civilians escape as an "evil that has no limits".
At least 30 people have died and 100 more are injured following the blast in the eastern region of Donetsk.
Speaking through a translator, Ukraine's leader Volodymyr Zelenskyy has accused Russian troops of recruiting "terrorists".
"Russia is pulling together all the people who can fold arms to continue their aggression, they're looking for mercenaries from all over the world, they're sending the militants from all the private armies."
