The UK could lose the 120-million pounds it's given Rwanda if the British government's plan to send migrants there is deemed unlawful by the courts.
Officials there have confirmed the initial payment was received in full and that the money's "committed", with some of it spent preparing for arrivals.
The first flight was grounded after several legal challenges - another flight's yet to be scheduled.
